Unable to Play on Kindle Fire 5.0

If you have recently updated and are unable to access the game, please clear the application’s cache.

To clear your application’s cache, you will need to follow a few steps.

From your device's home menu, swipe down from the top of the screen to open the quick access menu, then:

  • Tap on the Settings icon represented by a gear symbol
  • Under the Device section, tap “Apps & Games”
  • In this menu tap “Manage All Applications”
  • In this menu tap “Gold Fish”
  • In this menu tap “CLEAR CACHE”
  • Tap the Home Circle at the bottom portion of the screen to return to your home menu.

You can then launch the application and resume play as normal!
