If you have recently updated and are unable to access the game, please clear the application’s cache.
To clear your application’s cache, you will need to follow a few steps.
From your device's home menu, swipe down from the top of the screen to open the quick access menu, then:
- Tap on the Settings icon represented by a gear symbol
- Under the Device section, tap “Apps & Games”
- In this menu tap “Manage All Applications”
- In this menu tap “Gold Fish”
- In this menu tap “CLEAR CACHE”
- Tap the Home Circle at the bottom portion of the screen to return to your home menu.
You can then launch the application and resume play as normal!
