Did you recently purchase coins and not receive it? Sometimes, there can be a short delay from the time of purchase to when you actually receive them. Here are our steps on how to make sure you have received your purchase!
Refresh the Game
The first step is to try exiting the game completely and then reloading it on your device. Most of the time, that’s all you will need to do to get your purchase to show up!
If you still have not received your purchase, the next step is to wait 2-5 minutes and then check on your purchase status.
Reviewing Purchases
Apple Purchases (iPhone, iPad, iPod)
To review your purchase history on your Apple device, here is Apple’s guide: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088
Once you are able to see your purchase history, you will be able to see the status of your purchase—whether it has been completed or if it is still pending.
Pending Purchases
If your purchase is showing as pending, please note that coins will not be added to your account until the purchase has been completed.

Completed Purchases
When your purchase is complete, it will show a date and an Order ID. If you still have not received your coins from your Apple purchase, please contact our Customer Support line through the in-game support function with a screenshot of your receipt ready to send in.

Once the transaction has been completed, you will receive a receipt with a unique purchase number. This number starts with a GPA and ends with a series of numbers.

Contacting Customer Support
If you were charged for your attempted purchase but did not receive your coins, please contact our Customer Support department through the in-game support feature.
For expedited service, please be sure to include your player ID, along with how much you were charged (in USD), and how many coins you expected to receive.
Once you have received a confirmation email that your support request has been received, please send us a screenshot of your receipt.
You can send us a screenshot of your receipt by attaching it to your response back to that email.
If you do not include any of the above information, please note that our support agents will request this information before they can proceed with a full investigation of the issue for you.
